Corporate Facilitation for Leadership Training

I am a Maxwell Leadership Corporate Facilitator for Ascend to Servant Leadership and Inclusive Leadership. In the 21 Laws, John Maxwell states the Law of Addition as, “Leader’s add value by serving others.” Authors Kouzes and Posner define Servant Leadership as, “A leader who actions and motivations reflect a selfless commitment to a cause, an organization, or their teammates.” The Ascend to Servant Leadership training will help team members climb to become a Servant Leader. Inclusive Leadership establishes an environment where everyone on the team feels they belong are are valued for who they are and for what they bring to the team.
